District heating range offers a dedicated range of motorized control valves developed especially for the high demands within district heating, both regarding the critical control of direct connected hot-water supply and primary side heat exchangers.

VS 2

 

2-way valve designed for use in district heating, heating, hot-water service with heat exchanger or storage tank and air handling (HVAC) systems.

Actuators for three point control for use in district heating systems. The advanced design incorporates load related 'switch-off' to ensure that neither actuators nor valves are not exposed to overload.

 

 

 

 

AMV 150

 

Actuator is primarily designed to regulate valve in the respond to the demand of a controller in District heating, heating, floor heating, solar heating, zone heating, comfort cooling, ventilating and air conditioning systems.

The actuators with or without safety function are available for 3-point controls. The spring return actuators can be used to provide safety shut off on power failure.

The actuators are used with VFS 2 valves(AMV 55 and AMV 56 are used also with VL 2, VL 3) from DN 65 up toDN 100 diameter or with VF 2 and VF 3 DN 125 and DN 150 diameter. The actuator automatically adapts its stroke to valve end positions which reduces commisioning time.

Plate Heat Exchangers

Copper brazed stainless steel heat exchangers with one pass designed for district heating systems offer a compact design and excellent heat transfer properties.

 

 

 

 

Brazed Heat Exchangers with 2 Pass
